Inside, the generator features an Alnico magnet and pure iron components that have undergone a specialized cryogenic treatment. This "cold annealing" process near absolute zero temperature refines the molecular structure of the metals, resulting in a more consistent and controlled magnetic flux field for greater linearity and transparency.

With a 2.0mV output, the Hana MH is designed to drive standard 47kΩ MM phono stages directly. This allows users to bypass the need for expensive MC step-up transformers or high-gain phono preamps, simplifying the signal path and reducing potential noise sources. Precision Interface

The MH is built for optimal mechanical coupling. Integrated threaded metal fittings in the body allow the cartridge to be bolted directly to the headshell without the need for nuts, ensuring a rigid, loss-free connection that maximizes energy transfer from the groove to the generator.
