Do I need an appointment to visit?
Saturday is open 10 to 5, walk right in. Monday to Friday is by appointment because I'm on the road doing installs and deliveries. With a little planning I can meet you outside normal business hours, and Sunday works the same way, by appointment.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. Shipping is free on most orders over $100 anywhere in the US. The exception is larger speakers that cost a boatload to ship.
Do you deliver and set up systems?
Free delivery within 100 miles of Chestertown on orders above $1,000, within 200 miles above $5,000, and within 400 miles above $10,000. Above $30,000, full-price orders get free delivery and setup anywhere in the contiguous United States, and I personally set up the system.
Do you price match?
Yes. If you find a better price from another authorized dealer, let me know and I'll match it.
