Advertising and Analytics: We advertise on Facebook and Instagram, which are owned by Meta, and on Google. To do that we use cookies and similar technologies on our site and share some information with those companies. Our site includes a Meta pixel. It records actions such as the pages you open, the products you look at, and completed orders, and reports them to Meta. We use this to show ads to people who have already visited the site and to see whether an ad led to a sale. We also give Meta a list of the email addresses on our mailing list so we can show ads to people who already know us, and reach new people whose interests look similar. Addresses are converted to a scrambled code before they are sent and are never transmitted in readable form. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. We also use Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors move through the site, including clicks, scrolling, and session recordings. We use this to find pages that confuse people and fix them. Clarity masks text you type into forms, in every mode. We do not sell your personal information. Your choices: Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, which stops most of this tracking. Meta and Google both let you control the ads you see in your account settings on their platforms. If you would rather your email address not be on an advertising list, email support@listenroom.com. We will add you to our do-not-advertise list, remove your address from any list we have already given Meta, and keep you off future ones. This is separate from our marketing emails, and unsubscribing from those does not by itself remove you from an advertising list. Shopify Storefront

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

  • Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
  • Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
  • All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Data Security:

  • We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
  • However, no website or data transmission can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

Your Choices:

  • You can access and update your personal information at any time by contacting us.
  • You can opt out of receiving marketing communications from us at any time. You can do this by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any email you receive from us, or by contacting us directly.

Children's Privacy:

  • Our website is not directed towards children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
