Hi-fi services at The Listening Room are Mike, our third-generation owner, setting up your gear himself and adjusting it until it is right, by measurement and by ear. Whether it came from us or you have owned it for years, he wants your system to sound its best. The labels on each listing show where it is done: in store at our Chestertown, Maryland shop, mailed in, or at your home. Cartridge Mounting and Alignment is done in store or at your home within 200 miles. Tube Amplifier Bias Adjustment is done in store, and your first one is free when you bought the amp from us. Two-Channel System Calibration brings Mike and a measurement microphone to your listening room, up to 400 miles from the shop.

For Michell turntable owners, the Orbe Clamp Installation and the DC Motor Kit Installation can be mailed in, where only the part travels and never the turntable, or done in store when you bring the turntable to the shop.
