The Listening Room does the bench work most dealers send away. Ship a part in, bring your amplifier to the shop in Chestertown, or have Mike come to you: the service depends on what the job needs, and every listing says which one it is before you buy. The Orbe Clamp Installation and the DC Motor Kit Installation are ship-in jobs where only the bearing travels, not the turntable. Tube amplifier bias adjustment is an in-store appointment. Nothing here ships a product back to you, because what you are buying is the work.
Mike has been setting up turntables and tube gear for three generations of this family business, and the work is his, not a subcontractor's.
