Oracle Audio designs each tonearm to complement the suspended sub-chassis and vibration control systems built into their turntables. Precision bearings, carefully selected materials, and tight manufacturing tolerances ensure accurate tracking across the full frequency range, letting the cartridge extract detail from the groove without coloration or resonance from the arm itself. Every tonearm is hand-assembled and tested at Oracle's facility in Sherbrooke, Quebec, with the same meticulous attention to mechanical precision that defines their turntable lineup. Effective mass, bearing friction, and resonance characteristics are optimized for each model's target platform, ensuring the arm and turntable perform as an integrated system rather than separate components.
The Origin Tonearm pairs with the Origin Mk2 turntable, while the Paris Tonearm is designed for the Paris MkV. The Reference Tonearm is Oracle's flagship arm, engineered for the Delphi Mk VII platform where it takes full advantage of the MVSS vibration control and suspended sub-chassis. Custom armboards are available for third-party tonearm compatibility across the Oracle range.
