The W cushion is the earpad Grado fits as standard to the GW100x, a shaped foam pad cut for the wireless housing. It is the one cushion in the range that is not interchangeable: Grado specifies it for the wireless model only. These are genuine Grado cushions, the same part the headphone ships with.
