The F cushion is the earpad Grado fits as standard to the SR80, SR325, Hemp, a flat ring that holds the driver close to the ear. Closing that distance tightens the bass, pushes the midrange forward and extends the treble, which is the more immediate of Grado's two main voicings. These are genuine Grado cushions, the same part the headphone ships with.

Grado also supplies a set of F cushions in the box with the HP100 SE and S950, so this is the replacement rather than the first pair for those models.

What the Grado F Cushion Fits

Standard equipment on the SR80, SR325, Hemp. Every wired Grado cushion is interchangeable across the range, so an F pad fits a GS3000 and a G bowl fits an SR325. That is the point of them: Grado treats the cushion as a tuning element rather than a comfort part, and changing it is the largest change you can make to how a Grado sounds without changing the headphone.
