Grado Cartridge Trade-In and Exchange

The Grado Cartridge Exchange is a trade-in for a brand-new cartridge. Grado's wood-bodied Timbre and Lineage cartridges are not the ones you re-stylus at the turntable, which is the whole reason this program exists. Trade in your worn or damaged Grado and we send you a brand-new one, same model, at about 30% off retail. Full warranty, same as buying new. Not a retip, not a rebuild.

The program covers both wood-bodied series. The Timbre range runs from the maple-bodied Opus4 through the Platinum4, Sonata4, Master4 and Reference4. The Lineage range adds the Brazilian Ebony Statement4, Aeon4 and Epoch4. Buy the exchange for your model, mail or drop off your old cartridge at our Chestertown showroom, and your brand-new Grado ships in 5 to 7 business days from when we receive it.
