Every current Hana cartridge qualifies: EH, EL, SH MK II, SL MK II, SL Mono MK II, MH, ML, Umami Blue, Umami Red, and Umami Black.
How it works
- Buy the exchange for your model and pick your packaging option.
- Mail or drop off your damaged cartridge at our Chestertown showroom.
- Receive your brand-new Hana cartridge in 5 to 7 business days from when we receive your damaged one.
