The AVM Ovation PH 8.3 MM Phono Module is a plug-in moving-magnet input, with RCA connections, for the AVM Ovation PH 8.3 phono preamplifier. The PH 8.3 takes up to four input modules.

AVM's MM card adjusts sensitivity in five steps from 0.5 to 5 mV and capacitance in six steps: 50, 100, 150, 200, 300 and 400 pF. AVM rates the signal-to-noise ratio at 79 dB, or 85 dB(A). The PH 8.3's RC PH remote adjusts amplification and load, along with the PH 8.3's own equalization curve.
