Hana EH Cartridge Exchange
Hana cartridges aren't cheap, and sh*t happens. Bent cantilever, snapped stylus, the cat got curious. We get it. Trade in your damaged Hana EH and we'll send you a brand-new one for $146 off the original retail price. Same model, one-for-one. You send the damaged cartridge back, we send a new one out. That's the whole deal, and it's a hell of a deal. Want to upgrade to a different Hana model with your trade-in? Contact Mike and he'll work it out with you.
How it works
- Buy this trade-in. Pick your packaging option above.
- Mail your damaged EH to our Chestertown showroom (or drop it off in person).
- In around a week your brand-new Hana EH will ship to you.
Two ways to handle the packaging
I'll provide my own packaging. Package the cartridge well, use the original box if you still have it, then ship it to our Chestertown showroom.
Listening Room Packaging at $19.95. We'll ship you a box with a prepaid return label inside. Open it, follow the instructions for safely packaging your cartridge, then drop the box at any USPS location.
What qualifies as a cartridge trade-in
Any worn or damaged Hana EH. Normal wear, bent cantilever, snapped stylus, missing stylus guard, cosmetic damage. All fine. The trade-in is same-model only, so an EH for an EH. If you want to move up the line to a different Hana model with your trade-in, contact Mike and he'll work out a deal with you.
Why this program exists
Hana cartridges live a hard life. Sooner or later, something happens. This trade-in is a loyalty program for the people already running Hana cartridges. Send the damaged one back, get a brand-new EH at 30% off retail. Full warranty, same as buying new.
