Housed in a rigid, sealed cabinet, it avoids the "boomy" artifacts of ported designs, offering a fast, tight, and articulate low-end response that integrates perfectly into any modern living space.

Designed for Dynamics

The heart of the AE Sub is its massive 12-inch driver. Constructed from a doped and stiffened paper pulp, the cone is lightweight yet incredibly rigid. This allows it to stop and start with the speed of a smaller driver while delivering the sheer weight and slam that only a large surface area can provide. Driven by a 250W Class D amplifier, it handles explosive movie soundtracks and complex musical basslines with equal composure.

Sealed for Precision

Unlike many subwoofers that rely on bass ports to artificially boost output (often at the expense of clarity), the AE Sub utilizes a sealed (acoustic suspension) cabinet. This design ensures that the air inside the box acts as a spring, providing superior control over the driver's movement. The result is bass that is tuneful and defined—you hear the texture of a double bass or the distinct thud of a kick drum, not just a monotone rumble.

Seamless Integration
